These are imitation ivory heads from www.webpiano.com. I got these on eBay but you can order them directly from their website. They sell them in different lengths and colors. These six cost me $4.50 (including shipping) and they are good enough for average repairs.

Those are Vagias plastic imitation ivory keytop heads. You can buy them from Schaff, they are listed on page 85, $10.65/set.
I always thought they looked like marbelized toilet seats.

I have two irrelevant comments:
1) They don't look like toilet seats to me, but they probably would if you glued them together in the shape of a toilet seat.
2) Do they get those from plastic elephants?

I think those imitation keytops look quite nice. I have had customers prefer them as well. They are also thicker than the white tops and have not had the unevenness found in the leytops without fronts.
